First Strecht done!!

Yestarday I rode the Green Ring first strecht and it was awesome! The road is really wide to carve and ride nice. I started in Las Tablas, near the Shell petrol station, and continued till Canillejas, where the road dissappear!! Maybe next weekend I¨ll ride the second strecht (if I find it...). I hope upload some pics...

I couldn´t wait to receive my new board, so I rode the first strecht with a Loaded Pintail with 150 mm Randal II Trucks and Abec 11 Flasback´s 70mm and 78a wheels.

Green Ring (Madrid)

I´ve thinking in ride the Madrid Green Ring (also called in spanish "Anillo Verde").
But I´m still waiting to receive my new Landyachtz Spud.
Setup: 180 mm Holey Trucks and Orangatnag In Heat 17mm, 80a.

It´s a nice setup and board for LDP (I know it´s not the best, but it is still good enough for me).

The first stretch starts in Las Tablas, a residential district in the north of Madrid, and it finishes in Canillejas.

I hope to tell you how it was in my next posts and show you some pics.

Landyachtz Spud

The manufacturer says:

A mini lowrider with a symmetrical shape that's perfect for cruising, carving, and comuting.
-9 plies of Canadian maple give this board the stiffness you need but keep the weight down.
-Dropped riding platform makes this board stable at speed and easy to push around town.
-Gnar bars give you something to wedge your feet against when the going gets rough.
-If a twenty two inch foot platform is not enough for you, then check out the Switch.

Maybe tomorrow I will receive by mail my new brand Landyatchz "The Spud".
I think that is a good commuter an easy to push and footbrake because of its low height.

I really like the size (not much longer) because a used to ride a Loaded Pintail and it has similar dimensions.
I have ride bigger boards, but they are not for me. I´m a city rider and only sometimes ride big and wide ways.

However, I would like to use my new Spud for LDP (or not too long).
